Photoshop:
For creating and editing image files.

Powerpoint:
For preparing presentations. A presentation prepared in Powerpoint can be viewed by the entire class over the projector.

Sound Forge:
For recording and editing audio files.

Windows Sound Recorder:
For recording audio files.
