Talk
There are several ways we will be communicating with each other in this course. We will use email for communicating with Professor Warner. Feel free to write me at any time. We will also have an alias by which you can broadcast messages to the whole class. There will also be a class email archive. Finally, there will be two ways to communicate through the Metacollege.com web site. There we will have on-line chats: for office hours; for discussions within each team (to enable you to plan tasks, and have on-line discussions). The Bulletin Board feature on the metacollege site will also allow us to have discussions of particular topics ("threaded discussion"). We will be trying out these techniques of communication, to see which help us, and which are not worth the effort. (see Assignments).
